Description
The Royal River in Yarmouth Maine is always beautiful, but especially when the sun hits the cascading water just perfectly, With the snow and ice, the running water looks more like cascading diamonds than a New England river. The Royal River is named for William Royall, who founded Yarmouth in the mid 1630's. The topography of the river has changed quite a bit since William lived here, but it is still so lovely!
