My one quest in Scotland was to find the lovable Highland Cow, or Heilan Coo! Oh let me tell you that they are as gorgeous and personable as they seem in the photos. I love the profile of this stubborn coo! He was not the least bit interested in me until his friends were interested in me. I love these little coos. They weren't very big, standing about four feet. I think that they must be juvenile Highland Cows. They are magnificent creatures. I stumbled upon this heard on the northern tip of Skye! Now that is a place you must visit!! I will definitely be back someday!
