Just when you think 2020 can't get any worse, the stink bugs are making their presence known. These little critters are seriously gross! They are the most disgusting bug on the planet. Do not let them inside your home. When they feel threatened, they emit the most foul odor you have ever smelled in your life. And the odor lasts for days and days. They like to hide in the colder months inside your home, buried into blankets, clothing and anything that keeps them warm. They lay their eggs inside your home and the eggs hatch, making your home the most popular place for stink bugs. I found this one in my garden. Earlier this week, I found one on the outside of my bedroom window screen. They are trying to get inside now because they know the nights are getting colder. Be aware of them and how invasive they can be and how smelly your home will be if they get inside.

Gorgeous composition, Elizabeth...shame about the bug. We returned from NJ last summer, after an extended time away, and they presented themselves when the heater came on!! If lamps were on or the TV they showed up. Oh yes...they live up to their names! Loved your description and your capture.
