Haymarket is the quintessential farmers market in downtown Boston. It is just an amazing place with amazing fruits, vegetables, seafood and all types of wonderful Boston residence coming out to buy their wares for the week and weekend. The abundance of food is overwhelming and heartwarming too. It's a very nostalgic feeling walking on the cobble stone roads in a very historic part of Boston. The Haymarket is located on the Freedom Trail between The North End and Faneuil Hall. It's all year long, but only open on Friday's and Saturdays. The prices of the fruits and veggies are so reasonably priced that I would consider driving down to Boston each week to buy my fill of this amazing fresh food.
