Artist's Description
Haymarket is the quintessential farmers market in downtown Boston. It is just an amazing place with amazing fruits, vegetables, seafood and all types of wonderful Boston residence coming out to buy their wares for the week and weekend. The abundance of food is overwhelming and heartwarming too. It's a very nostalgic feeling walking on the cobble stone roads in a very historic part of Boston. The Haymarket is located on the Freedom Trail between The North End and Faneuil Hall. It's all year long, but only open on Friday's and Saturdays. The prices of the fruits and veggies are so reasonably priced that I would consider driving down to Boston each week to buy my fill of this amazing fresh food.

Acadia National Park is New...

Wonderful capture Liz, I remember walking through Haymarket to and from work as I left at night at North Station years ago. I am so pleased to see it still exists, a highlight of natural goods for the Bostonians and visitors. Fresh wonderful produce, great image! F/L
