I love the old fashioned ways that we keep alive and well here in Maine! There aren't any machines that pick, sort and load our apples. They are all handled with care and a lot of love! I love how they keep track of what kind of apples they are sorting. If you look in the window on the right, you will see a sign that says Macintosh. Incidentally, the sign is also keeping the window up! Visit you local farm stand and give them your business whenever you can. It keeps their table bountiful!
