This summer cannot come soon enough. I am ready to plant and see my flowers bloom just like this one! I love how the petals of this cosmos flower are full of ruffles! When the flower is completely opened, the ruffles disappear! My husband and I built raised flower beds for me and a vegetable garden for him! We were eating our fresh veggies while admiring my gorgeous flowers. What a win, win for both of us!!
