Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

Popham Beach State Park in Phippsburg Maine seems to be everyone's favorite beach! It is a glorious beach to walk because it is so long, and a great way to exercise! Plus, there are just so many hidden treasures to find along the way. I found these quahog shells on my walk down the beach. There were many of them scattered along the beach that the tide had delivered to us. The surf was very high that day and the shells were found in abundance! The colors of the shell surrounded by the incoming tide were so pretty to see. It's a simple photograph to be sure, but it represents all that is great about beach combing and taking in the sights and smells of the open ocean.
