With the resort lights twinkling from the Bar Harbor Inn, the passengers unload their belongings and their family members from the sunset sail aboard the Margaret Todd Schooner in Bar Harbor. I am not sure the passengers aboard the Margaret Todd were treated to the generally spectacular sunset that we usually see in Bar Harbor, but they certainly gave me a wonderful photograph. I love the marbleized sky and the lingering fog just curling itself around the schooners and ships resting on the dock. The water in Frenchman's Bay was so quiet and barely moving. The weather was telling us that it was time to go home and relax. It was a stormy night in Bar Harbor, and yet the ocean was calm and peaceful.
