L.L. Bean is iconic in our neck of the woods! We shop here; go to concerts in the summer; and visit the Winter Wonderland they create each Christmas season. There must be over 100 Christmas Trees all decorated with twinkling white lights. In the center of the display is a Yurt where you can be assured of finding hot, rich and thick hot chocolate to warm you up! The red barn is home to Santa Clause when he comes down, with his reindeer, to visit all the people who believe in the magic of the season. I visit this remarkable spot so many times, but my favorite time is when the display is nearing its end. At this point, there aren't as many people and I have a better view of the barn and all the Christmas trees. Just love this spot so much! Plus, I get to visit my brother at the LL Bean Home Store!!
