How many times have I walked this path only to be in awe of the magnificent birch trees all in a row? Too many to count, I would say. This is the famous Jesup Path over by the Sieur de Monts Spring and the Wild Acadian Gardens. You really shouldn't miss any of these locations while visiting Acadia National Park. I think the best time to visit the Jesup Path and the Acadian Gardens would be in the afternoon when the crowds have left the park and are now exploring Bar Harbor. I took this photo about 3:00 in the afternoon. Parking was easy and there weren't that many people to obstruct my view of all the gorgeous scenery.
