Product Details

Our luxuriously soft beach towels are made from brushed microfiber with a 100% cotton back for extra absorption.   The top of the towel has the image printed on it, and the back is white cotton.   Our beach towels are available in two different sizes: beach towel (32" x 64") and beach sheet (37" x 74").

Don't let the fancy name confuse you... a beach sheet is just a large beach towel.

Artist's Description

Once upon a time, many years ago, I was a preschool teacher. My co-teacher taught me this song:
Little Cabin in the Woods
Little man by the window stood,
Saw a rabbit hopping by, knocking on his door.
Help me, help me, help me he cried, for it's very cold outside.
Come Little Rabbit, come inside, safely lullaby.

Ah, those were the days of long ago. But these songs and memories stay with you for a long time. So when I saw this adorable storage shed just out in front of the Jordan Pond Restaurant surrounded by snow, you can be sure that I sang this song right where I stood to take this photo. No one was there to make fun of me or to even question why I would stop and take this image. This building looks very run of the mill in the summer. But in the winter, the building comes to life with the undisturbed snow and the silence all around. Seems very beautiful and peaceful, doesn't it?

About Elizabeth Dow

Elizabeth Dow

Thank you so much for visiting my Fine Art America page. Throughout my life, I have always enjoyed taking photos. My favorite part of taking photos is sharing them with people so they might visit places from afar even if they can't physically be there. The world is an amazing place and I feel that it is our responsibility to enjoy, preserve and share our love for the places we visit. As a child, I would use my parents camera to take photos that reflected my passions, which are flowers, horses, ocean, and snow storms. Here in Maine, we are fortunate to have an abundance of places and a vast array of weather to take many interesting photographs. Many of my photos are taken in and around Acadia National Park. Acadia National Park is New...
