Artist's Description

The Holstein Cows at the University of Vermont are adorable!! They wanted so much attention. This little guy just couldn't get enough of my daughter's attention. The farm was immaculate and these cows are pampered for sure. They are certainly lucky to be part of the UVM cooperative barn. This is an education barn where UVM students raise their own cow. These cows are Holstein cows. They are the worlds largest milk producers. Holstein Friesians are a breed of dairy cattle originating from the Dutch provinces of North Holland and Friesland, and what is now Schleswig-Holstein in Northern Germany and Jutland. I wonder if they know how special they are? I suspect that they do! I LOVE cows!!

Acadia National Park is New...
