I love French Fries!!! It's one of my sins that I completely admit. When our family went to the Cumberland Fair, I had to get my French Fries at the place where I always get them! The man featured in this photograph had been working nonstop all week and was feeling a little bit tired and was very funny in how he admitted to me how tired he really was that night. He served me the fries with a smile and jovial smile. I was just intrigued by his ability to keep his positive attitude while serving me my fries. After I devoured the most amazing French Fries that I have ever had in my life, I went back to him and told him that I was a photographer. I asked him if I could take his portrait. He gave me a resounding YES! So this is his pose in his food truck. I love the potato sitting on the counter, the napkins and the Coca Cola cup on the counter too. He is a hard working guy and deserves a lot of credit for smiling at me and making me feel that he made these fries just for me! I wish I knew who he is because I would definitely send him a copy of the photo he gave me permission to take! Slainte my friend.
