Nothing beats the elegance and majesty of two swans swimming along, side by side in a beautiful city park pond. I was visiting Boston for the day, and yes, the weather was less than cooperative. However, I love seeing the splash of the rain drops on the water as the swans in the Boston Commons swam by. Oh they are gorgeous and I am hoping that their brood of baby swans will be hatching soon. They hadn't started their nest yet when I was visiting, but I bet they will soon. Definitely going to make another trip to Boston this summer to see their cygnets. In the meantime, I hope that these two love birds enjoy their freedom from parenthood. Aren't they just magnificent?
