Personally, I think the best time to walk around Jordan Pond in Acadia National Park is on a foggy day just like this. Jordan Pond is home to the famous Jordan Pond House where they make the famous popovers. There is a beautiful walking path that circulates around the entire pond. The day that my husband and I walked around the lake, we heard the Loons making their magical call to each other. We could not see them though because of all this fog, which is why I named this piece Mysterious Jordan Pond.
