Description
This lovely mallard couple was cruising along the Royal River in Yarmouth Maine when my mother and my golden retriever Genevieve came upon them. Some of these ducks winter on the river in Yarmouth, but some migrate south. The orange color you see reflecting on the river is a reflection from the orange maple trees in the background. It was a lovely fall day to stroll down the Royal River!
