This was the moment that I had been waiting for!!! To see a herd of Highland Cows grazing by the roadside on Skye was an awesome moment for me!! I just love them. They are so friendly and an in your pocket type of animal. I am sure they were looking for treats from me, but they gave me a treat by standing still so I could capture their portrait. There were about four in the herd, and this one was very cooperative with me. Oh they are such sweet creatures and I had a difficult time tearing myself away from them.
