Description
Imagine that you are sitting on Willard Beach in South Portland Maine back in the 1800's. Film has just been developed and you come across a local photographer who wants to record the growth and expansion of South Portland Maine. He or she might come to Willard Beach to photograph the Fisherman's Point buildings as they are important to the livelihood of so many fishermen in the area. I took the creative liberty of editing a modern day photograph into what would look like an antique photo. I love doing this mainly because I can show the unconventional side of my personality. The grain in the photo is there purposefully and should not be considered noise or pixilation of the photo. What an eclectic piece to hand in your home or office. You can tell everyone it's from the mid to late 1800's! Art and photography should be something that gets your creative juices flowing. Be zany, think outside your comfort zone. I did and now I have invigorated my creativity. Slainte!
